IHb | USE
1. DEFINITION
International Hub [IHb] is an aggregator of proposed international projects and business opportunities by public and private entities. It is a free commercial tool available to YouAgile Users. It was born from the experience in the business field of our Stakeholders and Founders.
2. WHAT DOES IHb
International Hub identifies, selects and makes available to YouAgile Users the best opportunities for participation in international requests for specialized work for Companies and Consulting Firms. It also collects and makes available international requests for products or services both one to one and in a supply chain ratio
3. ADDED SERVICE RESERVED TO COMPANIES
International Hub also offers the User Enterprises category the possibility to publish private requests for the purchase of products / services in the international field through International Hub, in case they need to: find a finished product or raw material or service useful for their supply chain or production process without exhibiting your company brand on first research; in case of need to purchase a product / service / raw material for a product in planning, but not yet registered as a brand / copyright / patent without exhibiting your company brand in a first request.

It is activated with @ international-hub@you-agile.com subject: REQUEST FOR SERVICE RESERVED FOR COMPANIES and the description of the request. See Article 6 of the Rules for the regulation.

5. HOW IT WORKS
1.Identify the DEMANDs published by IHb, found in List of Deals and Business Opportunities
2. Check the one / those of your interest by clicking on "View details" to get the DEMAND Overview [check that the “Employer Information box” indicates International Hub as “Employer”]
3. participate in the DEMAND chosen with your SUPPLY by clicking [Bid] and enter the contents of your supply in the “Bid this Project” format that opens
4. submit your supply by clicking on [Submit]
6. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SUPPLY IS SENT
Upon submitting your Supply, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, your participation code and a direct link to the issuer of the Demand, Public or Private.

7. IHb SUPPORT SERVICES
You can choose to make use of the International Hub Services, both for the completion of the application for calls for tenders and for private tenders or international sales of products / services and for the subsequent phases.

Only Users validly registered on the YouAgile platform www.you-agile.com , www.do-it-agile.com , according to the terms of service YouAgile, can have access to the DEMANDs and / or Services of the International Hub Profile.

By participating in the response to the DEMANDs published by International Hub, the User declares himself to be informed and approves the following:
a. the compliance rules referred to in the previous art. 2;
b. The International Hub Profile searches, identifies and aggregates international project and business opportunities proposed by public and private third parties in public form, unrelated to the YouAgile Staff and to the Cartesio Consulting UK Ltd.
c. In no case can the DEMANDs published in the International Hub be understood as published by an employer, a company, a professional.
d. By responding to the International Hub DEMAND, the User declares to be informed of points 1-7 of "Use & Rules - Use"
e. Sending the Supply to the YouAgile platform does not constitute direct participation in the published call for tenders / bids / bids / purchase requests.
f. The International Hub is to be understood as a free service made available by the YouAgile platform, in compliance with the EU2019 / 1150 Regulation effective from 12 July 2020 applied by the YouAgile platform itself.
g. User YouAgile has free access to DEMANDs in the International Hub. The User has no obligation to activate the support services in the International Hub. If the User chooses to request a support service (s), this (s) are to be considered for a fee, as clearly stated in point 7 of "Use & Rules - Use"

The DEMANDs published in the International Hub refer to sources external to YouAgile. They can be governmental, for example UK Innovate, BNDS, APEX, MISE, GETS or from Consortia. The sources are always reported to the User concerned as in point 6 of "Use & Rules - Use"

The International Hub profile does not constitute a variation for the User to comply with the provisions of the YouAgile platform in terms of COMPLIANCE:

Unless explicitly indicated elsewhere, YouAgile is neither tacitly nor expressly responsible, after the publication of the Application (s) in International Hub, for any changes, cancellations, replacements, expiration dates, end disbursable funds, technical specifications and anything else attributable in whole or in part to the contents published and made public by the Public and Private Bodies issuing the original application.
YouAgile assumes no responsibility in relation to the maintenance and updating of government, public or private landing links sent after the date of publication of the Application in the International Hub. Any liability for direct or indirect damages, claims for damages, consequential damages of any kind and on any legal basis arising from the access or use of such governmental, public and private websites / platforms and in particular in relation to IT risk potential.

The service referred to in point 3 of "Use & Rules - Use" is exclusively offered to User Enterprises and is limited to the cases expressed in point 3 itself. The service is free. Before accepting the publication of the DEMAND in the International Hub, a Compliance form will be sent to the User [download here] in order to protect compliance with the YouAgile Guidelines & Rules for publication.

You will receive, without any obligation to subscribe, IHb Team’s reply and the "International Hub terms and conditions" file ,with methods and prices, to complete the service’s request within 72 hours. After the deadline, your request code will simply be deleted without further communication and the request expired.
